Kristi Soud Koerner is a Jacksonville native. Kristi
began her bookkeeping career in January 2002, and founded K2 Business Management, Inc. in 2005. Kristi has built a solid bookkeeping and managerial accounting enterprise by working diligently
for her small business clients and their tax preparers. She is familiar with the accounting nuances of a variety of
industries, and has built a small team of data entry and tax accounting experts. She serves as a valuable resource to
business owners. Kristi provides free consultations and estimates based on the complexity of the work to be done
and time required to complete it. For CPAs needing additional help, she provides services at hourly rates on a
direct bill or subcontract basis.
